  • 10 small cocoyam
  • 3 cooking spoons Red Palm Oil
  • Assorted Beef: Includes best cut, shaki (cow stripe)

  • Pepper, salt, and ground crayfish (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Ogiri Ishi (traditional seasoning)
