Can I combine egg yolk and milk for my baby?
Hard boil an egg, remove the shell and remove the yolk. Combine it with breast milk, and formula (or whole milk if your baby is over 1 year old).
As your baby’s palate expands, mash the yolk with avocado, banana, sweet potato, and other pureed fruits and vegetables.

So, if the thought of the egg not being thoroughly cooked makes you nervous, heat these for a few minutes after stirring in the egg. It will have no effect on the potatoes.
