Spinach Blueberry Smoothie Recipe


  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana (sliced and frozen will make it extra creamy)
  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 large frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy, coconut, soy, almond)
  • 2 teaspoons protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey, or to taste


  1. Firstly, add the spinach and milk to a blender cover with the lid, and whirl until smooth.
  2. Then, add the remaining ingredients and blend on high speed for 30 seconds – 1 minute until all ingredients are well blended.
  3. After that, add some more milk if needed to reach the desired consistency and taste for sweetness, adjusting as necessary.
  4. Lastly, serve immediately. That’s it and this shouldn’t take more than two minutes, enjoy!
