Step 1: First of all, fill your mug with half a cup of water.
Step 2: Then, gently crack the egg into the mug of water. Make sure the egg is completely submerged in the water.
Step 3: Carefully, place the saucer on top of the mug so that it covers the opening.
Step 4: After that, microwave on high for 60 seconds. Also, this may vary by 10-15 seconds subject to the dimensions of the bowl and the amount of water.

Step 5: Finally, allow it to rest for about 5 seconds. Scoop the egg out with a slotted spoon to transfer it to your dish.
