There are some days –especially Mondays when I need to make breakfast that doesn’t take all mornings to prepare. Breakfast that I can prepare with little ingredients, and not feel hunger until lunch. - ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 large banana (frozen is possible)
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup low fat-vanilla yogurt
- A cup of ice (add more ice to make the smoothie a little thicker)
