Peanut butter banana smoothie is my favorite when it comes to flavor combinations. This thick and creamy peanut butter banana smoothie tastes like a milkshake. Peanut butter banana smoothie is very easy and fast to prepare. In 5 minutes or less, you have a balanced and filling breakfast.

There are some days –especially Mondays when I need to make breakfast that doesn’t take all mornings to prepare. Breakfast that I can prepare with little ingredients, and not feel hunger until lunch.   • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 large banana (frozen is possible)
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup low fat-vanilla yogurt
  • A cup of ice (add more ice to make the smoothie a little thicker)

  2. Then, blend until smooth.
  3. Now, pour into 2 glasses and serve
