  • Thirdly, add the sliced potatoes to a bowl and add in the olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, garlic, and onion powder and toss together so that the potato slices are evenly coated.
  • Then, place the potato slices evenly onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
  • After that, bake the chips for 40 minutes until lightly golden on top.
  • Finally, serve with ketchup and vegan sour cream or vegan mayonnaise.
